The Peach Tree Map: every dispensary carrying Doja Pak's Peach Tree, mapped

This month's installment tracks Peach Tree, the citrus-and-stone-fruit flagship of Doja Pak's proprietary-genetics era. As of this week it's in stock at 125 dispensary locations across 13 states, with the weight of that distribution sitting squarely in four markets: California (43 shops), Michigan (38), Oregon (22), and Arizona (11). The rest — Florida, Washington, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma — is a scattering of one to four shops each.

The genetics are a cross of Gelonade (Lemon Tree × Gelato 41) and P41 (Gelato 41 × Afternoon Pineapple), bred by Duke of Erb with Rusty, the breeder Ryan Bartholomew — the LA-based founder who goes by Doja — has worked with since 2012. The origin story, as the brand tells it, is pure cannabis folklore: after a raid destroyed roughly a decade of the farm's genetic library, a handful of seeded nugs recovered from a hoop-house floor yielded about 50 viable Gelonade × P41 seeds, which were grown out in Los Angeles and pheno-hunted down to the Peach Tree cut. Doja Exclusive debuted it at Hall of Flowers in Sonoma County in September 2024.

Peach Tree marks a deliberate pivot for the brand. Doja Pak built its cult reputation on curation — RS11 and Zoap, the strains that made its name, came out of collaborations with Wizard Trees and Deep East Oakland Farms' Rainbow Sherbert line. Around 2020, Bartholomew moved toward breeding in-house, and Peach Tree (alongside Papaya Mosa) is the result he talks up most, citing its flavor intensity: a zesty lemonade opening that gives way to ripe peach and tropical pineapple, with limonene, myrcene, caryophyllene, and linalool reported as the dominant terpenes. Menu-listed flower averages just under 26% THC.

The retail footprint tells a licensing story too. In Michigan and Arizona, the strain moves almost entirely under the DOJA and Doja Exclusive labels — together they account for the overwhelming majority of sales in both states. In California and Oregon it spreads through other licensed brands growing the same cut: Dr. Jolly's is the biggest Oregon carrier, with AyPapi, King Palm, Heavy Hitters, Allswell, and a long tail of house cuts filling out the West Coast. Worth noting for anyone chasing it: sales have cooled from the drop-window peak — four-week revenue is down in all four core states versus the prior four weeks — which reads less like a fading strain and more like an exotic settling into steady rotation after the hype cycle.

The genetics are already breeding forward. Menus around the country have started listing crosses built on the Peach Tree cut — Diesel × Peach Tree, Triple Berry × Peach Tree Jelly, and Kali Gold Perma Diesel × Peach Tree among them — the usual signal that a strain has graduated from a drop to foundation stock other growers want in their lines.
